  • Which stores does PricePal support?+
    Just about any online store with a visible price on the product page — Amazon, Shopify shops, marketplaces, brand stores, and long-tail boutiques all work. If a store gives us trouble, let us know and we'll usually add support within a few days.
  • How often do prices get checked?+
    Every tracked product is checked at least once per day. Some heavily-watched products are checked more frequently.
  • Do I need a browser extension?+
    No. PricePal runs entirely in the cloud. You paste a URL in your dashboard and we do the rest.
  • Will I get spammed with emails?+
    No. We only email you when a price you're tracking actually changes. You can also disable emails and just check the dashboard.
  • Is there a free plan?+
    Yes. You can track a handful of products for free.
  • Can I track variants like size or color?+
    Yes — paste the URL of the specific variant you want (the URL usually changes when you pick a size or color) and we'll track that exact one.
  • How do I stop tracking a product?+
    Open the product in your dashboard and click Delete. It's removed immediately along with its price history.
  • How do I delete my account?+
    Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your data.
