What we collect

• Your email address, used for sign-in and price alerts.
• The product URLs you submit and the price history we retrieve for them.
• Basic technical logs (IP, browser type) needed to operate the service.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide the tracking service, send the alerts you asked for, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with our cloud backend provider and processed within their global infrastructure. Access is restricted to the PricePal team members who need it to operate the service.

Emails

Transactional emails (price alerts, sign-in links) are required to use the service. You can unsubscribe from alerts at any time from Settings or the link in the email.

Your rights

You can export or delete all your data from the Settings page, or by emailing hello@pricepal.cloud. We honour GDPR-style access and deletion requests regardless of where you live.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will notify you by email before they take effect.
