1. The service

PricePal is a price monitoring service that periodically retrieves publicly available product prices from URLs you submit and notifies you of changes. We do not sell, list, or facilitate the purchase of any product.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit URLs to illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute PricePal data without written permission.

4. Availability and accuracy

Prices are read from third-party websites and may occasionally be inaccurate, delayed, or missing. PricePal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Always verify the price on the merchant's site before purchasing.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
